HELP – ERROR 504 – GATEWAY TIMEOUT

I am getting this error when I click on download link or “Export to PDF”. It times out after 120 seconds. However, I have contacted my hosting and have updated the settings as follows, but still give error.

settings in php.ini:
max_execution_time = 900
max_input_time = 600
max_input_vars = 10000
memory_limit = 1024M
post_max_size = 514M

Despite these settings, I am still getting 504 timeout error after exactly 120secs. So there must be some other setting that is setting the timeout to 120s. Need help to resolve and set proper server settings, please advise.

Also, this happens only on some form entries, but not others. is it possible there is something wrong in the pdf mapping causing this error?

This is urgent and critical, and if necessary willing to pay you to login to fix. Please respond asap.
