    I have a date field within my repeatable section. I want format to be mm/dd/yyyy.

    It currently outputs yyyy/mm/dd (default?).

    The date format under global settings is correct, but this field is not.

    How do I change it?

    Thanks,

    Terry

    We’ve added a formatting option for Formidable Date Fields used inside Formidable Repeatable Fields – based on your request.

    Here’s how our Repeatable Field Demo looks now:
    [312:mm/dd/yyyy] | [313] | [311]

    The date format can also be;

    • MM/DD/YY – 12/31/15
    • DD/MM/YYYY – 31/12/2015
    • MM/DD/YYYY – 12/31/2015
    • YYYY/MM/DD – 2015/12/31

    Updated configuration and here’s the output on the pdf (102 is text, 103 is date, 104 is date). It appear to just pass on the format syntax without the date:

    Benjamin [103:mm/dd/yy] [104:mm/dd/yy]

    What did I do wrong?

    Nope – my WordPress site doesn’t show update availabe.

    Do I need to delete and re-install?

    Not yet –

    Here’s the syntax I used (102 is a name and 103 and 104 are date fields):
    [102] | [103:mm/dd/yy] | [104:mm/dd/yy]

    I added the format syntax to the current field map and it still outputs:
    Benjamin | [103:mm/dd/yy] | [104:mm/dd/yy]

    Do I need to delete the original field map and redo?

    I apologize for the delay and the slight miscommunication. I was incorrect, the two digit year has not yet been added, the current fix is to change the format to a four digit year, like this… [103:mm/dd/yyyy]

    We will add the two digit year on the next update. Let me know if the four digit year it works for you.

    Update your plugin again to use the two digit year format.

    We also added all the other formats listed in the Format dropdown with the following exceptions;

    • Signature format not available
    • Use the word “label” for the “Show label for Checkboxes/Select/Radio”

    When merging empty date fields to pdf using formidable PRO PDF, is it possible to have nothing displayed?

    Currently if a date field is left blank, the formatting syntax populates the pdf document, for example:

    [104:mm/dd/yy]

    Thanks,

    We have been unable to recreate the same results. Can you provide screen shots of the plugin screen and the data field in the Formidable Form?
