    Hi,

I am using your plugin to produce a downloadable form. All is working well except that when the user inserts a date into Formidable Forms, the downloadable form prints todays date and not the date that was entered into the form.

The user receives an email from Formidable Forms which shows the data he has entered and yet the date is not correct on the printed form as it is todays date. Is there a setting I have failed to set please – and how would you suggest I resolve this ?

    Many thanks for the help.

There are two date format options on the field map layout, “DATE” and “CURRENT DATE”. It sounds like the PDF field is mapped using the “CURRENT DATE” format, or the PDF field is mapped to “Created_At” or “Updated_At”.

Double check the format and the Formidable field map, if you are not able to fix the issue, then send a screenshot of the field map layout showing the PDF field mapped to the Formidable Field for further assistance.

    We remain at your service.

    Hi,

I am having difficulty loading the field set so I can have a look at the fields to see if I can cure this date issue.

The form can only be downloaded so many times as it provides a set amount of guest tickets per person – consequently I do not want to do another form as this will give people free tickets.

How best to progress this you think please – so I can look at the fields and change them is necessary ?

    Many thanks for the help.

Please cancel – I was being silly and I have solved it. Yes you were correct – I had the current date in the field and not Date !

    Thanks for the help.

    Best wishes,

    Stephen
