Cannot login to check account and renew

Hello. i am unable to check my account and renew. I wanted to upgrade license key, i tried to enter key and i paid $70 to upgrade, but i have not received anything and cannot login to your site to check the account.

Same here (can’t login). Also forgot password link is not working and my renewed activation code (renewed January 2018) is NOT working.

Did the lights go out?
