The options to flatten a PDF attach it to an email are set to no and grayed out, so I can’t change them.
I am using Version 1.7.35 of the Unlimited Intranet version.

    Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the full version of the plugin was not activated. Have you run the Activate.php file from your WP install directory?

I copied the activate.php file there – but how do I “run” it? If I double click it opens for editting. Sorry, I am just learning to use WordPress.

    Sorry I did this:
Alternatively, you can activate Formidable PRO2PDF if you want to use more forms.

Before receiving the activate.php file. I reactivated it and all is good now.

Once activate.php is copied to the webserver open the file from your web browser to run the code which activates the intranet version of the plugin.
