    hi,
we are looking for a plugin that lets us make what you do but that it’s also fillable after download.
    Is this possible?
    My example is:
Our customer will pay to fill in a form to get a pdf.
In this form that they can fill in, i would like them to be able to also upload their company logo so its attached to the pdf in the end.
After they filled the form in and the logo is there and they’ll download the form i would like that some of the entry fields will be fillable for them.

This will be used for a contract for example. We sell a contract template to the customer online, they fill in the Basics about their company and have their logo there. when they downloaded their file they can use it as a base for all their contracts and just change some fields that is already fillable.

    Is this possible with you?

the other option would be if it would be possible for this file that they make with form once , that they can download it from our website in their customer section. so they dont have to redo the base form everytime.

i hope you understand what im asking for and thanks for your time.

Sounds like PRO2PDF will provide all the required functionality.

Our plugin has an option to “FLATTEN” PDF files after the merge, however, the default setting is “NO”, which means the user will be able to edit the fields as your workflow requires.

Images (logos) may be uploaded using Formidable’s file upload field and merged to a PDF text field.

PRO2PDF is not a ‘one-time’ form filler… the shortcode is able to reproduce the PDF at anytime, which may be used in a Formidable View in the user’s portal to provide on-demand link(s) to the PDF without the need to reenter data.

    We remain at your service.
