This happened when activating form, but assuming it went away:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/lawyer/wp-content/plugins/formidablepro-2-pdf/fpropdf.php on line 1270
but this is the main issue:
happens after I fill out form to create a PDF. its shown on the thank you page.
Warning: curl_setopt_array(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/domain.com:/tmp) in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/lawyer/wp-content/plugins/formidablepro-2-pdf/generate-pdf.php on line 343
what seems odd to me —
a) File() — isn’t there a path or file usually in the ()?
b) domain.com:/tmp — why is the : there?
however, this site has been used for years and done all kinds of stuff. I can’t comprehend how
some setting is wrong now?
note1: i’m on a plesk server.
note2: I started out with the free version. then bought the $2 trial version (realized I had to reinstall the plugin)…. now I just bought the unlimited version and only entered my license number.
thanks for quick reply 🙂November 1, 2016 at 4:50 pm #10960
– Was the plugin working with the free or trial version?
We have not seen this error in the past, complete this form and we’ll take a look at the installation. If not possible, then send a screenshot of the plugin’s SETTINGS tab.

thanks for the fast reply!
i believe the Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() —> happened in all versions.
I believe the Warning: curl_setopt_array(): open_basedir restriction in effect –> happened after the $2 version was used.
sorry I can be more exact 🙁
I just don’t remember.
thanksNovember 1, 2016 at 5:01 pm #10963
oh… i filled out the support form 🙂November 1, 2016 at 5:28 pm #10965
Issue appears to be resolved. There were several incomplete and/or non-working field map layouts for the same form that were causing an error when the plugin tried to create and attach them. The plugin will create and attach ALL field map layouts where the “Email Notification” function is set to YES.
We deleted all the unused field map layouts and tested the form without error. Take a look and let us know what you find. We remain at your service.November 1, 2016 at 8:23 pm #10966
yes, don’t see the errors 🙂
question — how did you delete the map layouts?
i was trying to figure that out 🙂
thanks for helpNovember 2, 2016 at 4:36 am #10967
After selecting the Field Map Layout scroll to the bottom and click the button labeled “Delete Entire Map”, then confirm twice.
