    Good morning,

I am looking at upgrading from our free account and am unsure which option to choose. We have a multisite set up. Currently we are using the 1 free form on cravencc.edu/eoc. I need to create a second form under cravencc.edu. eoc has it’s own theme. Can we upgrade to the 2 form option at $15/yr? I know I can access all of the admin area from one login and one location. So I’m not sure if that is considered all 1 site or not.

I am eager to hear from you as we would like to purchase the upgrade as soon as possible.

    Thank you,

    Christina

You can upgrade to the 2-Form and add 1 additional site for $1, as each site on a multisite install needs a license. To add an additional site, purchase the 2-Form | 1-Site version and then upgrade to add 1 additional site.

    We remain at your service.

I am looking at the checkout now and I don’t see anywhere to add an additional site. Do I just make a note in the comments section and I’ll receive an invoice for the additional site?

    Thank you.

The easiest way is to purchase the TRIAL version then use the UPGRADE link to upgrade to the 2-Form|1-Site version and you’ll be able to add additional sites at that time.
