My client has a job application on their website created using Formidable Pro. Rather than just have the form entries mailed to HR in the body of the email, they want the output to be formatted nicely and then converted to PDF. A PDF version of the application as well as the uploaded application resume (already captured by the form) will be emailed as attachments to HR. Ideally, they would also like the PDFs to be stored somewhere in case the email is lost or if they need to download and retrieve PDF applications again at a later date. If that is not possible, they would want the ability to “regenerate” the PDF application using the form entries/fields stored in the database. Is any of this possible with your plug-in?

    Yes, to all.

Our plugin is designed to fill-out a formatted PDF forms (job application), and using Formidable’s email notifications will send the PDF as an attachment on form submission, along with any uploaded files using Formidable’s File Upload field.

The plugin can also send a link in the body of the email that, when clicked, will regenerate the PDF at any time.

Saving PDF’s to the server can be accomplished with a $10 plugin add-on.

We are at your service and happy to assist with your form project through our premium support if you do it yourself, or our customization support if you want us to create the template.

Thanks for your response. Is it also possible to have the PDF regenerated from within the dashboard or can it only be done via the link in the email?

Yes, PDFs can be regenerated from the dashboard by admin users.
