Once I complete the form, the email doesn’t attach the PDF and I even tried just embedding the formidable download link in the email and get HTML…not the link.

The PDF not attaching is likely due to a non-working field map layout for the same form that is set to send an attachment. Delete any unused field map layouts or change the attachment option.
The email’s HTML issue is one the great support team at Formidable Forms. Check this post and go from there… Why is there HTML showing in my email?
