Yes…. and no. Yes, the plugin can may any PDF form. However, the plugin cannot map this specific form https://www.uscis.gov/i-130 without changing the fields to Acrobat Form Fields, rather than the LiveCycle fields currently on the form.

If you need help changing the fields, we can provide paid support through our Fiver.com gig. If you need a free tool, try PDFEscape.com.

You are not able to ‘convert’ the fields, you’ll need to print a blank form to PDF then upload the new document to PDFEscape.com, then add the Acrobat form fields to the document.

    CORRECTION

You can simply upload the LiveCycle form to PDFEscape, save it and download it. Unless you want to change the field names, then you’ll need to right-click on each field to unlock, rename, and save… Then, download and it’s ready to be used with PRO2PDF.

    Sorry about the first message.

Thank you very much for your help. Another question. This form below is have bar code integrated in every page, is there any way to map this form with online form without braking this bar code or without removing it? I’m happy to pay for additional services, just let me know if that possible and we can discuss details. Thank you

The bar code should not be effected by the plugin, have you run into a problem with the form?

Im sorry I need to clarify. This form below with barcode have fields that in LiveCycle. When I try to change them to Acrobat Form Fields in PDFescape, bar code is missing. My question: is there any way to change fields to Acrobat Form Fields or to fill this form in current format using plugin, without braking barcode or removing it. Thank you

The plugin is not compatible with LiveCycle form fields. However, if the barcode is static, you could print a blank form – with the barcode – to a PDF file, then upload to PDFEscape and create the PDF form with the barcode as a static image on the page.

If the barcode is dynamic, then it may be possible to upload an image to the Formidable form and then merge the image to the PDF form…

Let us know if the above is helpful or you need further assistance with this issue. We remain at your service.

Hi. Sorry for delay. Barcode is dynamic. Would you be able to help me with second option (upload an image to the Formidable form and then merge the image to the PDF form).
    THANK YOU

Add a Formidable upload field to your form and map it to a PDF text field placed and sized where you need the barcode to appear on the PDF document. The uploaded image will merge to the PDF.
