    I have bought your plugin.

    Here is my first question. How to map Webform Data Field ID into PDF Form Field Name ?

    Here is my screenshot link. http://screenshot.net/w2x7ja5.jpg I have seen your video tutorial on how to install and map data but what I found when mapping the data is bit different in your video.

    Do I need to type PDF Form Field Name based on the name of my field name in FP form?

    You must submit data to the formidable form at least once. From your screenshot it appears there are no data entries in the Formidable Form. There must be at least one dataset before the plugin will allow you to map the fields.

    Please submit data to your Formidable Form, then return to the plugin page and select your layout to map the fields. Let us know if that solves the issue.

    No – the field names from the Formidable Form and PDF Form will automatically appear in the dropdown lists as long as the Formidable Form has at least one dataset.

    Hi,

    I viewed the video but did not see if there was a dataset for the Reservasi Form.
    CORRECTION…
    Please select the tes_2 layout, and the Reservasi Form on the Formidable PRO2PDF page and make sure you see the two entries listed, and select one of them.

    I am experiencing the same behaviour. Did you manage to solve the problem?

    I’ve even tried using the same PDF from the online demo but, after uploading the file and saving the Field Map, the PDF Form Field Name column just displays as text boxes instead of a select dropdowns. I can type the PDF field names in manually but when I try to export this using an existing dataset the resulting page just says:

    “No layout or dataset selected.”

    Browser: Chrome Version 44.0.2403.89 (64-bit)
    WP: Version 4.2.2
    Formidable: Version 2.0.07
    FormidablePro2PDF: Version 1.6.0.15

    There must be at least one dataset in the Formidable Form – double check that you have input at least one dataset, then select the form and layout again in PRO2PDF.

    If you still are not able to create a field map please let us know. We are willing to take a look at your setup, or work with you over Skype (ras_marcus in San Diego) to troubleshoot the issue.

    If you have a development server that we can login to please send credentials to support(at)formidablepro2pdf.com. If not, please provide screen shots of both of the PRO2PDF screens with the correct layout and a dataset selected.

    We’re using form to PSD plugin.

    Same plugin and setting are working fine on Hostgator but not working on Godaddy.

    Any clue?

    We know a couple of people are using Godaddy, what is the issue?

    How many fields are being mapped?
