    Hello,

    I have encountered an intermittent issue with embedded fonts in PDF files. Sometimes, when the PDF gets generated, the font settings get ignored but sometimes they do not.

    When it ignores my fonts, it messes up my PDF layout and looks unprofessional.

    Can you please assist me in ensuring that the font will always be generated properly?

    Thanks.

    We have not experienced the stated issue in the past, it may be necessary to embed a different font as the plugin does not control fonts, fonts are controlled by the PDF. Nonetheless, we are willing to take a look at your PDF to see if we are able to provide any further suggestions. Attach the PDF to this form and we’ll take a look.

    Just sent the PDF through the support request.

    It works when I view the PDF in Acrobat. This font works intermittently in other forms and PDFs on the same site. So, this leads me to believe there is some sort of bug or inconsistency with the plugin’s method of applying data to the PDF.

    Thanks for your help!

    The issue is likely being caused by the embedded font, not the plugin. Again, the plugin does not control or manage fonts.

    Are you able to provide specifics for us to review, such as;
    . Are there specific fields with the issue or are all fields having the issue?
    . Is the issue related to specific words or characters?
    . When the issue occurs on a specific merge, will the merge work when retried, or is the same entry always failing?
    . Have you tried changing the embedded font?

    We remain at your service.
