Hi, I am having trouble with the dataset=id part of the below shortcode:

    [formidable-download form=”ar0hd” dataset=[id] layout=”12″]

The shortcode works when I use the dataset number, but when I replace it with [id] it stops working and show this instead -> Download layout=”12″] where “download” is the link and then the rest is just code.

    Can you please help?

    Katie

To use the dataset=[id] parameter in a shortcode on a Page or Post, you’ll need to create a view with just the shortcode in it for the [id] parameter to work, then you can pass the [id] in a URL parameter to the view and the view will provide the correct [id] to the shortcode, and the correct link will show up on the Page or Post.
