    I have a downloadlink that looks like this:

    [formidable-download form=”4t3wc” dataset=[id] layout=”13″]

    But instead of getting a download link, the output on my website looks like this:

    http://screencast.com/t/9sfR29vxb

    It does show the correct dataset, but not a download button…

    Any help?

    Thanks

    This is likely an issue with your site’s CSS. Try adding the “Title” parameter, like this;
    [formidable-download form=”4t3wc” dataset=[id] layout=”13″ title=”Download”]
    or use the Class parameter like this;
    [formidable-download form=”4t3wc” dataset=[id] layout=”13″ class =”my_button”]

    Or, with the PRO version you can also use the Label parameter – Outputs the URL only – unformatted;
    [formidable-download form=”4t3wc” dataset=[id] layout=”13″ label=0]

    Let us know if these optional parameters fixes the issue. We remain at your service

    Thanks, the links shows correctly now. However I get this error:

    There was an error generating the PDF file.
    This form has not been activated yet. Click here to manage your activated forms.

    But in Backend, my form is activated:

    I deactived and reactivated it, but still the same problem!

    Best regards,
    Martin

    This is not an issue we’ve seen before. Please backup your field map layout TEMPLATES, then, disable, delete, and reinstall the plugin and let us know if the issue is resolved.

    The problem persists. I have deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the plugin and it does not work. I still get the same error

    There was an error generating the PDF file.
    This form has not been activated yet. Click here to manage your activated forms.

    It works from the backend:

    Thanks for looking into this matter!

    After buying the commercial version, the error disappeared. However, the PDF in frontend is 1kb of size and unreadable.

    Creation in backend works perfectly fine.

    Thanks for checking!

    Another strange thing I noticed:

    I have only one form activated. However after submitting a form in frontend, I get a second form activated:

    http://screencast.com/t/cxHTp5Kd0

    I don’t have such a form at all. I deactive it and it disappears!

    http://screencast.com/t/mopHWZe3KWH

    However when I fill in this form in frontend

    https://www.tesla-x-mieten.ch/de/mietvertrag/

    I get a new actived form again with this name!

    Very strange. Something is wrong here…

    Regarding the creation issue. “Creation in backend works perfectly fine.”
    . Are you able to merge to PDF from the Admin page of the plugin?

    Regarding: “However, the PDF in frontend is 1kb of size and unreadable.”
    . Do you have more than one layout configured, verify you using the correct layout_ID and if so, export the Template and upload it to this form for us to take a look.

    Yes, merging from admin works fine.

    I have the correct layout_ID

    Will upload the template now.
