It has about 265 mapped fields. All fields work correctly, except the check box fields. On page 1. The Session(s) and the Social Media Accounts. I understand that the export value must equal to the formidable value. I believe they do. None of the session(s) map. And all of the social media work except the first one which is Facebook.

    Any guidance is appreciated.

I have struggled with this for hours.

    FYI

I have done this in my pdf….
Name each PDF Checkbox = Unique Name
Each PDF Checkbox Export Value = An (exact) value from your Formidable Checkbox field (copy/paste for 100% accuracy) (*No Special Characters*)
Map Each PDF Checkbox field name to the one (1) Formidable Checkbox field name (If you have 5 checkbox options, you will have 5 field mappings to one Formidable checkbox field)

NOTE: Special characters includes parenthses “(” and “)”…

If all else fails, use the checkbox field’s “Use separate values” option then give the checkbox options the values of 1,2,3,4,5… and change the PDF checkbox export values to the same.

Another issue I am having with the pdf software is photos. If I create a map with only a photo it will create and display the pdf.

If there is a photo and 1 other field it will not create the pdf. It says failed to load pdf.

    Strange!

    Ideas

If possible, please complete this form to provide login access. If not possible, please use the plugin’s TEMPLATE tab to export the field map layout and upload it to this form without providing the login data. If not possible, then try creating a new field map layout and only map the checkboxes (using the “use separate values option) and let us know the result.

There are two ‘special characters’ that were causing issues….
    – Exclamation point in; “Staff Orientation – May 27-June 3rd; All staff required to attend!”
    – Plus sign in; “Google +”

The image field was not found in the field map layout, it worked once it was mapped.

We duplicated the field map layout and converted all values back to before “Use separate value” so the prior entries will still work. Except for the two option values listed above.

Email that was provided bounced back…

The new field map layout is called; “FullApplication (copy)” and ‘Export Values’ of the PDF form were updated.

Could you please take a look at one more photo issue. You can use the same log in credentials. The field map CRehire and the pdf is CounselorRehire.

I have mapped the photo, it is the last field in the field map. But it does not display in the pdf.
